At my new job one of my co-workers and I decided that we would start Super Snack Wednesdays. It all started because I was telling my co-worker about this really good popcorn snack that my friend John Paul had invented, so after talking about it we decided that we were going to make it at work, because it was her birthday. So, we made the snack for ourselves, and then decided that we were going to share it with the other workers. Since there are only nine of us in our company it wasn't a lot of trouble. Well one of our co-workers enjoyed the snack so much, and asked what kind of snack we were going to do next, we decide to make this a weekly thing. Which is how Super Snack Wednesday was created.
Since I am trying to create this blog spot I have decided to post of these quick and easy recipes that take about 10 minutes to make at the most. We were very limited on what kinds of snacks we made because all we have is a microwave to make our snacks in. My co-worker and I finally worked up the nerve to ask our boss if he would buy us a hot plate. By the way, he loves the snacks too. He immediately said yes and handed me the company credit card, and off we went shopping for our hot plate. We have been able to make some really awesome snacks, and I would just like to share some of them with you all. I hope you enjoy.

YUMMM!!! yall are gonna do this EVERY wednesday?! are yall hiring?! haha! i LOVE snack day at work!
All the snacks you've posted look great! I love how they're all quick and easy, too. That's my kind of recipe! My boys would love to make snacks like these each week!
One I'm thinking about trying is Peanut Butter Crunch Treats (made with butter, melted marshmallows, and mini peanut butter and chocolate chips). Last time I bought Peanut Butter Crunch, though, it didn't last until I had time to make them - and there wasn't enough!
Oh yeah the are all quick and easy. I think your boys will enjoy eating and making these treats. We also had Smores one time, but I haven't put that recipe in yet.
